On the 9th May the EA came to the Ilkley stretch of the River Wharfe with 2 bags of juvenile Grayling for release.

They were released at a suitable spot just up from Bath Street.

Thank you to Ilkley AC Members and the Grayling Society for their help in catching donor fish. Thanks also to the Environment Agency for caring for the fish, managing the rearing process, re-introduction of the donor fish and release of the juveniles.
